  • Managed global payroll services: supports ~155 countries using its proprietary platform, activ8. It offers pre-configured integrations to leading HCM and payroll platforms, including certified connectors to Workday and UKG. activpayroll has been a Workday global payroll partner since 2008 and has had PECI certification in 2016.
  • Global mobility services: tax compliance, double tax treaty guidance, cost analysis for international growth and employee costs, employment structuring, remuneration planning, and contracts, policy design for international assignments and tax equalization, management and tracking of days in a country and mobile populations and assignments, planning and advisory (e.g., immigration, employment law, international benefits, and taxation of equity income)
  • International payroll payments: disbursement of payments from a single centrally-funded account, competitive exchange rates, guaranteed credit amounts to beneficiaries, funding options in major currencies, payments to statutory bodies and third parties with low transaction fees.

To date, activpayroll has primarily grown organically, making a few small, fold-in acquisitions of partner providers. In 2020, activpayroll launched a global HR service offering, expanding its managed services portfolio beyond payroll to include HR compliance, administrative support, and advisory services to support ~70 countries. It offers support for employment law and contracts, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, record-keeping, performance management, employee life-cycle management, plus planning and advisory services.

Today, activpayroll has ~300 employees delivering services to ~400 clients (~1.2k entities) across 154 countries. It has 13 offices across EMEA, APAC, and the U.S., with its strategic partners in an additional 12 countries.
