Infosys also has a shop floor assessment & optimization (MES Service) offering which supports its clients in designing and implementing an MES service integrated with the company's ERP backbone, establishing efficient shop floor management for production orders and embedded logistics processes, quality management, and plant maintenance.

Infosys will continue to target SC planning and will focus on the hi-tech, CPG and telecom industries with a primary focus on the U.S. market, followed by Europe.
