Q1 FY22:
- Revenues were $1,383.6m, up 14.6% y/y and up 10.8% y/y at cc
- EBIT was $209m, a margin of 15.1%, up 5.1 pts.
Q1 FY22 NH revenue estimate (and y/y revenue growth) by vertical was:
- Communications: $553m (+12.6%, +7.8% at CC)
- Manufacturing: $124m (+12.2%)
- Technology, media & entertainment: $122 (+2%)
- BFSI: $227m (+19.7%)
- Retail, transport & logistics: $107m (+16.4%)
- Others: $147m (+11%).
Q1 FY22 NH revenue estimate (and y/y revenue growth) by geography was:
- Americas: $645m (+8.4%)
- Europe: $376m (+20.5%)
- Rest of the world: $361m (+20.7%).
Q4 FY21 revenue (and y/y revenue growth) by service line was:
- IT services: $1,223m (+10.2%)
- BPO services: $161m (+63.7%).
Headcount at the end of Q1 FY22 was 126,263, up 2.3% y/y. The breakdown was:
- Software professional: 69,877 (-1.6% y/y)
- BPO professionals: 49,668 (+9.0%)
- Sales & support: 6,718 (-1.8%).
Attrition was 17% (Q1 FY21: 17%). Utilization rate was 88% (Q` FY21: 82%).
