In 2015, Mphasis formed a digital team to focus on IT services for the surround systems that are used by core banking platforms; these surround systems (including channels, analytics, and data) are digital banking technologies. Mphasis began these services focused on the delivery of bank product lines (e.g., loans, deposits, or payments). Today, it is finding that bank demand is shifting towards horizontal digital services such as data management.
