BT has been awarded a six-year managed network services contract by the Nationwide Building Society.

Services to be provided include providing the network infrastructure to connect the retail banks U.K. operations across 700 branches as well as its head office, regional administration centers and contact centers.

This contract builds on a seven-year £160m network management contract originally signed in 2008.
