EXL has announced Q2 2021 results, for the period ending June 30, 2021:

  • Revenues were $275.1m, up 23.6% y/y, up 22.3% in CC
  • EBIT was $35.8m, a margin of 13.0%, up 8.6 pts y/y.

Q2 2021 revenues (and CC revenue growth) by service line were:

  • Operations management: $163.7m (+14.9%), of which:
    • Insurance $94.7m (+14.9%)
    • Healthcare $28.3m (+13.1%)
    • Emerging Businesses $40.7m (+16.2%)
  • Analytics: $111.4m (+35.1%).

Q2 2021 revenue (and reported y/y revenue growth) by industry was:

  • Insurance: $123.0m (+22.1%)
  • Healthcare: $64.5m (+20.6%)
  • Emerging Businesses: $87.5m (+28.2%)

Q2 2021 estimated revenue and revenue growth by geography was:

  • U.S: $253.3m +4.9%
  • U.K: $26.2m -+5.8%
  • ROW: $13.9m +12.8%.
