  • Financial analysts and investors specializing in the supply chain services sector.

Scope of this Report:

The report provides a comprehensive and objective analysis of TCS’s supply chain transformation offerings and capabilities, and market and financial strengths, including:

  • Identification of the company’s strategy, emphasis, and new developments
  • Analysis of the company’s strengths, weaknesses, and outlook
  • Revenue estimates

  • Analysis of the company’s offerings and key service components
  • Analysis of the company’s delivery organization, including the location of delivery locations.

Key Findings & Highlights:

TCS supply chain practice is part of the EBPS (enterprise business services) service line, which is part of cognitive business operations (CBO), its integrated BPS, IT infrastructure applications, and application maintenance business unit. TCS supply chain practice offers a fusion of consulting and digital capability delivery for the supply chain. It has a fused organization called consulting and solution integration. In 2020, TCS launched a plug-and-play solution Cognix™, a corporate-wide initiative within the CBO unit.

Historically the focus of TCS supply chain practice has been around buy-side supply chain (supply chain operation, logistics, indirect procurement, sourcing, category management, and MDM). More recently, it has developed capabilities on the sell-side (aftermarket services, order management, and order fulfillment) and looks to develop it further.
