The primary platform for the delivery of cloud infrastructure brokerage and orchestration services is IBM Multi-Cloud Management System powered by the IBM Services Platform with Watson. Watson serves as the insights engine of IBM Services Platform. Watson ingests structured and unstructured data, aggregates and analyzes data, generates insights and directs automation. The system manages all aspects of hybrid cloud infrastructure including orchestration, provisioning of the new environment, remediation and ITSM.

IBM has developed a hybrid cloud management framework, a combination of IBM IP, both new and existing, and including ecosystem partner capabilities (AWS, Azure, Google, ServiceNow, VMware) accessible through a single portal in a catalog-based approach. All these capabilities have been bundled and integrated to create a modular full-stack framework, with fully managed services capabilities.
