Aegis to open its second contact center in the U.K. with ~350 FTEs.
Aegis currently runs one center in Manchester with 520 FTEs servicing a banking client and a credit rating agency. The U.K. clients are also supported from Johannesburg and Durban, South Africa. Aegis plans to open a second center in Durban for ~500 agents.
