EVRY has filed for an initial public offering.
The IPO will issue new shares and is expected to raise approximately NOK 3bn (~$360m). The current majority owner Lyngen BidCo, a company controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners, intends to reduce its ownership in EVRY in connection with the IPO. Lyngen BidCo AS will remain a substantial shareholder after the IPO.
