PRO Unlimited has partnered with global investment firm EQT to accelerate its growth.

EQT acquired PRO Unlimited from Harvest Partners and Investcorp and becomes the majority shareholder. Harvest Partners continues as a large shareholder.

EQT will help support the continued expansion of PRO Unlimited Contingent Workforce Management Platform and its service offerings, organically and inorganically.

PRO Unlimited differentiation includes:

• Focus on highly skilled labor
• Being solely vendor neutral.
• Its platform offerings which includes SaaS, DaaS, Professional Services and a large repository of data.

Closing is expected in H2 2021.
