• Revenues were $988.1m, 9.8%y/y,  7% in CC
• EBIT was $136.9m, an EBIT margin of 13.9%, up  3.8bps y/y
• Adjusted EBIT was $177.2m, an adjusted EBIT margin of 17.9%, up  17.7bps y/y.

Q2 2021 revenue (and y/y growth) by client type was:

• Global Clients: $893.4m (+14%, +11% in CC)
• GE: $94.8m (-18.6%).

Q2 2021 revenue (and y/y growth) by sector was:

• BFSI: $249.8m (-1.4%)
• Consumer Goods $373.1m (21.6%)
• Manufacturing and Services: $358.1m (1.5%)
• Other: $7.2m (157.4%).

 Key clients at the end of Q2 2021: the number of clients in different bands of annual revenue contribution (and in the prior year period) is:

• >$25m:  21 (23)
• $5m-$15m: 89 (86)
• $15m-$25m: 110 (109)

As at end June 2020, Genpact has ~102,200 employees worldwide, up 5.5% from ~96.9k at end June 2021.

TTM attrition rate, measured from the first day of employment, was 27%, up from 13% previous year.

Full year revenue guidance is $3.96-$4.00bn, an increase of 5.5-6.5% in CC.
