Wipro has been providing revenue cycle management (RCM) BPO services since 2006. The company's initial RCM contracts were in India and resulted from transformational platform implementation projects utilizing Wipro's proprietary Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
Wipro secured its largest RCM contract in 2007 for a U.S.-based national kidney dialysis service provider.
