NelsonHall, the leading BPO and IT outsourcing research and analysis firm, is pleased to welcome Steven Taelman as Client Director - Global Sales.

In this key role, Steven has global responsibility for major accounts and is responsible for assisting organizations in enhancing the quality of their decision-making by utilizing NelsonHall research and advisory services in support of their business process outsourcing and IT outsourcing activities.

According to Robert Dagge, NelsonHall SVP - Global Sales, "Steven joins NelsonHall at an exciting stage of the company's development and brings with him significant account management experience which will be vital as we pursue our ambitious growth strategy."

Steven has 17 years' sales and account management experience in the Technology and Service advisory industry, working with both end-user organizations and service providers. Steven's experience includes:

- Responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with board level and senior executives in support of advisory services on behalf of a leading advisory firm

- Business Development and account management at Gartner where Steven was a consistently high performer in supporting large organisations achieve their business goals

Steven holds a bachelor's degree in languages (English, Dutch and French) and a post-graduate degree in Business Communications (Brussels). In his spare time, he enjoys being with his young family, tries to visit his local gym and likes sampling a quality beer from his native Belgium.
