Key Findings & Highlights:

HiBob, founded in 2015, is a privately held provider of cloud-based HCM technology.

Since forming, HiBob has developed a modern “work experience platform” called Bob, specifically designed to combine comprehensive core HR functionality with workplace engagement capabilities and a consumer-grade UI supporting midsized multinational firms. The technology has been designed to be data-driven, built on a single database code line, and integrated across its suite of modules.

Although it initially maintained an organic approach to technology development, HiBob has expanded its reach through strategic acquisitions, including the 2021 acquisition of AI-based workplace relationship analytics technology provider Cassiopeia and the 2024 purchase of U.K. payroll automation platform, Pento. In 2025, HiBob announced the acquisition of Mosaic, a cloud-based Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) platform (subject to closing conditions).

Additionally, HiBob has continued to innovate by introducing modules such as Bob Learning for learning and development and Bob Hiring, an integrated applicant tracking system (ATS) for strategic hiring.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, with additional offices in New York, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and Sydney, HiBob has established a global market presence. The organization has ~1.2k employees servicing ~4.4k clients (~1m employees).
