Report Overview:

Report Outline:

Accenture Federal Services has been awarded a 5-year $81m contract by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to deliver back office intelligent automation services to transform the processing of retiree and survivors’ benefits documents, which are currently received and managed via email, mail, and fax.

In a multi-year modernization plan, the agency has already deployed a hyper-automation platform that uses deep learning and computer vision techniques to identify data from the agency’s electronic folder, extract text, transcribe data and speed processing through downstream business processes.

Accenture Federal Services will now provide the licenses necessary to deliver an IaaS roadmap for intelligent automation installation, testing, and training.

Accenture Federal Services has been providing services to the SSA for fourteen years.
