NelsonHall is restructuring its research programs to allow you to access your areas of interest more easily and to increase emphasis on providing buy-side perspectives of the key challenges and requirements that technology and service vendors need to understand.
In the next week, we will make changes across our program portfolio to deliver these and other important improvements, as highlighted below.
Regrouping & expanding research coverage
We are regrouping our research projects to make it easier for you to purchase ongoing research by repeatable topic area. We are increasing the level of focus on high-interest topics, and projects covering those topics will be repeated on an ongoing basis at the sub-program level.
This will allow your organization greater flexibility of purchase – i.e. you can subscribe to more granular subject areas within, for example, IT Services, HR, or BFSI, and receive ongoing research streams at that more detailed level.
In some programs, we are also expanding the research coverage – e.g. including Digital Experience Services as a formal ongoing sub-program within Customer Experience Services.
At the same time, we are updating some of the program and sub-program names to avoid confusion – e.g. where digital transformation topics appear with similar names in different programs, and in order to separate out topics on technology evaluation from those related to operations services.
Much more buy-side insight
We have increased the level and visibility of our research based on buy-side interviewing within each program. This year, NelsonHall is undertaking in excess of 4,000 interviews with major enterprises.
We are bringing this buy-side interview-based research to the fore, including, for the first time, making this content visible within our Analyst Relations portal.
COVID-19 program free to all clients
A key element of this buy-side research is our COVID-19 research program, which is available free-of-charge to all NelsonHall subscription clients, regardless of their subscription profile. New COVID-19 research reports, based on up-to-date buy-side research, will be published in July.
Look out for a series of program-specific blogs following this one, in which the changes to specific research programs will be explained in more detail.
