arvato Financial Solutions has acquired AfterPay, an online payment service provider. AftetPay, founded in 2009, is the main 'pay after delivery' provider in the Netherlands.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

arvato Financial Solutions provides cash flow centric outsourcing services including invoicing to debtor management, the sale of receivables, debt collection and risk management.
