Key Findings & Highlights:

WNS started its digital transformation services in 2014 with an engagement for a regional bank in its Boston/New York operations. Over the course of twelve months, WNS automated its legal department processes with RPA, AI, and ML services. The result was the entire legal department was outsourced to WNS. Today that bank has 60 BOTS deployed by WNS across 50 processes across multiple business lines. The solutions deployed provide a 300% ROI on digital implementations.

In 2015 WNS invested in a framework, TRAC, which supports a domain led approach to automation and facilitates partnering with automation product vendors. See Delivery for a description of TRAC.
