Key Findings & Highlights:

Apromore is a process mining solution supporting the extraction and preparation of data from operational IT systems through its integration center, with pre-built connectors for common systems and RESTful API links.

Each process in Apromore is separated into a folder with a typical file structure detailing the logs and analyses within that process. Once process data has been loaded into the Apromore platform, users select the log file data within the process and can right-click the log, filter the data, and build dashboards or launch process analysis tools.

These process models, dashboards, and process analyses are displayed alongside the log data within a process, with iconography detailing whether the view into the process is a log or a process model.

Additionally, Process Discoverer offers a BPMN-centric approach to process flowcharts, with gateways between different flows being displayed with statistics for the gateways overlayed.

Apromore features a grid-based designer interface for building new analyses or customizing existing ones.

Apromore includes functionality for checking process conformance and training machine learning models to predict process characteristics of open cases from event logs through the UI, called Predictor.

Organizations which are looking to apply process mining across a number of different processes should consider Apromore and utilize the platform’s non-consumption-based pricing model, which solely prices on the largest log file ingested into the platform.
