Orange Business Services has been awarded a communications services contract by Euronext.
With the 'Business Together as a Service' platform, Euronext has implemented a seamless voice-data service and a upgradable UCC infrastructure across five European countries.
The solution is integrated into workstations and allows employees to access everything they need to communicate from a single interface:
- Presence management
- Phone lines
- A unified inbox
- Instant messaging
- Remote conferencing services (audio, web and video capturing).
