MHR has opened a new office at Wellington House in Reddington, U.K. which will include a new data center for supporting its iTrent platform.
The location is part of £10m building expansion project, which will house its ~200 FTE software team and will eventually expand MHR’s workforce from 600 to ~1k by the end of 2018.
MHR is investing ~16% of revenues in R&D and innovation which has produced chatbot/AI technology in support of its HR servics and clients.
The environmentally friendly building has been built to support flexible and creative workspace and accommodate a portion of the 400 new roles across a range of focus areas the company is creating to support its growth plans.
