Accenture is to acquire Aidemy, a Japanese provider of talent development, organizational transformation consulting, and AI system development services

Founded in June 2014, Aidemy was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in June 2023 and has approximately 130 personnel.

Aidemy will expand the talent development capabilities of Accenture LearnVantage in Japan, also its capabilities in developing, implementing, and operating AI systems.

In March 2024 Accenture announced a $1bn investment over three years to establish LearnVantage. Acquisitions in support of this so far include Udacity, Award Solutions, TalentSprint and Ascendient Learning (see separate articles).
