Accenture has acquired Halfspace, a Danish AI specialist.
Founded in 2015, Halfspace initially crunched data and numbers to predict outcomes in live football matches and then focused on industry and addressing business issues such as improving logistics, d boosting sales, refining bidding processes and streamlining operations
The company’s services include:
- Development of GenAI agents and tools
- Leveraging advanced analytics and data science
- AI Foundations, design, build and implementation of AI platforms, including best practise on expanding the use of traditional data platforms with the infrastructure and governance to serve AI models at scale.
Halfspace has delivered 100+ data and AI projects to large Nordic organizations.
Halfspace has around 75 AI practitioners who join Accenture’s Nordic AI practice. They bring in knowledge in physics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, chemistry, economics, biology, and design.
With the addition of Halfspace, Accenture will extend the Center for Advanced AI into the Nordics.
