WNS has launched Agile Target Operating Model (aTOM) for F&A process transformation. aTOM is a proprietary AI-led platform that leverages BusinessOptix for driving process transformation.

The platform fcuses on the F&A value chain and leverages process re-imagination, governance frameworks, benchmarking, analytics, and transformation accelerators to enable the transformation of a client’s F&A operations  

WNS claims that clients can achieve cost savings of ~40%, productivity enhancements of ~50%, improved working capital, and increased AI adoption with the use of aTOM. 

WNS plans to develop aTOM enablers for other functional areas.
