Across its three divisions: "Advise", Implement", and "Run", it has ~2k HR Path employees and services ~3k active clients. Its payroll services business is part of its "Run" division, and as a French-headquartered organization, has payroll capability in several key countries, with France being its largest market and representing. Over 2025, it is on an international expansion path for its range of technology and service offerings. With its SAP capability, it has developed a proprietary NUBU, a SAP-based, pre-configured solution. Today, HR Path supports numerous additional platforms, including Workday, Workforce Software, UKG, Qualtrics, Cegedim HR Access, Cegid, and Cornerstone.
It processes payroll for ~300k client employees across 24 countries and offers services in shared and dedicated environments on either HR Path infrastructure or client infrastructure:
- Application hosting and payroll provisioning, with support from Workday and SAP Payroll consultants, including payroll specialists, for legal monitoring and system maintenance, known as CPS (Cloud Payroll Services)
- Managed payroll services, supporting nine countries, where HR Path performs the payroll processing, reconciliations, reporting, post payroll activities, and calculations
- Outsourcing services, supporting nine countries, that combines payroll services with HR administration and includes call center support.
