RTM is a division of Rethink Group, a U.K. based talent management and recruitment services provider. In 2015, Rethink Group acquired Consort Group to expand its talent management services offering. In February 2016, Rethink Talent Management and Consort were merged and rebranded to RTM. In 2015, RTM had ~14 Talent Management clients, and performed ~4.5k hires. 

RTM provides customized solutions for each client. Core services include resource planning, employer value proposition, recruitment and selection, talent pooling, risk and reporting, and on and offboarding. 

RTM is technology agnostic and utilizes a range of different technologies and platforms to optimize its service offering. It uses its own dashboard technology as a bolt-on to the client’s existing technology platform. 

RTM primarily services the U.K. (~98% of hires), with limited hiring in Asia Pacific (locations in Singapore and Melbourne) and North America. It has ~65 employees. RTM supports English, French, Spanish and German languages. 

It targets U.K. based organizations with a high demand for technology and digital resources. Additionally, RTM has a strong footprint in the retail and gaming industry where it supports multi category programs as well as the single technical and IT categories. It primarily targets large U.K. technology firms or enterprise organizations with a sizable IT and digitalpresence.
