Today, ADAM HCM provides payroll technology and services for 224 clients and 300,000 employees across 32 LATAM countries.  As well, ADAM HCM is a key in-region LATAM partner providing long tail payroll delivery for leading global payroll outsourcing providers.

ADAM HCM currently offers the following solutions to its clients:

    • ADAM On-Demand (SaaS)
    • ADAM On-Premise
  • BPO Services
    • Payroll processing services
    • Payroll contact center support
    • Ancillary payroll services (e.g., staff augmentation, audit support, electronic document delivery, etc.)

This profile focuses specifically on ADAM HCM's payroll outsourcing services capability.

ADAM HCM leverages its ADAM 5 proprietary, cloud-based payroll, and HCM platform to deliver its managed payroll services. The company currently has 224 clients utilizing the platform, 90% of which are on the cloud version of ADAM 5.

ADAM HCM maintains middleware to connect leading global HCM platforms to its payroll platform, including Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Kronos, and other global HRIM solutions.
