Citi’s W&A capabilities included transfer agency, fund accounting, fund administration, and reconciliation services
  • Fortune 100 Global investment bank: TCS acquired this firm’s servicing platform in 2009. In 2012, a delivery center was opened in Guadalajara, as part of its W&A BPS services delivery.

Recent activities include:

  • Pension services for Transamerica and Prudential: in 2018 TCS acquired the processing and platform services for a closed book of insurance from these firms. As part of the transaction, TCS took over services for their pensions business
  • BridgePoint Group: in November 2018 TCS acquired BridgePoint, a U.S. based management consulting firm with expertise in asset management and retirement services. BridgePoint provided services supporting revenue growth, business agility, customer experience, and technical transformation
