TCS has opened an operations center in Mexico City, its eighth operations center in Mexico.

The facility will be staffed with AI specialists, and software engineers with expertise in emerging enterprise technologies. Capabilities that TCS plans to offer involving some service delivery from the new office include AI, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, IT infrastructure, application development and BPS.

TCS began operations in Mexico over two decades ago and now has 11,000 employees in the country. Specialized centers include a BPS (Cognitive Business Operations) center in Guadalajara and a threat management center in Querétaro. TCS serves over 400 major clients in Mexico including Cemex, Febraban, Banamex, and Bradesco.
