ADP has announced an agreement to acquire Workscape, Inc., a privately held provider of benefits and compensation services. Terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.
Workscape has a broad client base across the mid- and large market serving more than 3.5 million users worldwide. Much of Workscape's client base has been in benefits administration. It has been expanding into compensation services and talent management.
