French cheque processing and document outsourcing vendor Tessi has acquired the operations of RR Donnelley Document Solutions Switzerland and its subsidiary in Austria.

RR Donnelley Document Solutions Switzerland provides inbound document processing and in document digitization, document archiving and omni-channel and services clients in the insurance, communications, retail, banking and central government sectors. It had 2015 revenues of €17.4m and an operating margin of 6%. Its headcount is 82, of which 70 in three sites in Switzerland (Urdorf, Geneva and Freiburg) and 12 in Austria (Vienna). 

Tessi will consolidate this acquisition in its accounts from January 1, 2016.

Tessi had acquired Gdoc in 2014, a document outsourcing vendor operating in Switzerland.
