Key Findings & Highlights:

Seven Step RPO is a pure RPO provider founded in the U.S. in 2007 when it codified a recruitment training model suitable for external recruiter training. From this basis, of providing recruitment methodology and training, it built an RPO team and was awarded its first RPO contract in 2007, a five year contract for 5k hires per year.

Since then it has formalized its updated recruitment training curriculum (~120 courses), implemented a training engine (cornerstone), and resourced the training team with a director of training. By 2014 it had ~20 RPO clients and had successfully acquired a U.K. RPO company, BlueGlue, as a first step to global expansion.
