Expert Global Solutions (EGS) has been awarded a customer management services contract by Barclaycard US, the payments business of Barclays in the U.S.
EGS will service Barclaycard US cardmembers from its Centris contact center in Manila, Philippines, where 600 will support Barclaycard US customers.
Barclaycard US partners with travel, entertainment, retail & financial institutions to co-brand credit card programs.
