Avaloq is a vendor of technology based solutions and services for the financial services industry. It was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. Avaloq was founded to provide a comprehensive core banking platform, Avaloq Banking Suite, to the banking industry.
In 2011, Avaloq expanded its services into BPS by acquiring a 51% stake in B-Source, a BPS provider founded in 1995. Today B-Source has 795 employees and provides BPS services to ~19 clients on the Avaloq platform, the Avaloq Banking Suite. Today Avaloq delivers BPS out of three BPO centers. In November 2015, Avaloq’s BPO center in Singapore successfully went live on the Avaloq Banking Suite, for Deutsche Bank in Singapore and Hong Kong, while the BPO center in Germany went live on Avaloq in January 2016, for five additional banks.
Avaloq entered the wealth and asset (W&A) BPS business in 2011 with the B-Source acquisition. The first wealth and asset management BPS engagement of B-Source was with BSI (Banco Svizzera Italiana), in 2005.
Avaloq’s wealth and asset management BPS delivers services from three centers, to support its clients around the globe:

- Germany
- Singapore.
