MHR is an HR software and services company, headquartered in the U.K. It provides outsourcing services for HR, talent management, payroll and analytics, through its iTrent platform. MHR processes payroll in the U.K., Egypt, Germany and France.  It currently supports payment of ~10% of the U.K. workforce (~3m client employees) and ~600 organizations nationally in the U.K. MHR processes ~4.5m payslips annually and ~£7.5bn of BACS payments.

Approximately 48% of its payroll clients are supported through payroll software only solutions.  MHR supports ~40% of its clients on a limited/bureau services solution and ~10% on a managed services solution. The remaining clients are supported through global payroll services solution.
