Conduent has announced financial results for Q3 2020.

  • Revenue was $1,041m, down 5.2% y/y, down 5.7% in CC.
  • Adjusted EBITDA was $110m, a margin of 10.8%, up 20 bps y/y

Q3 2020 revenue by segment was:

  • Commercial $518m, down 10.2%, down 10.4% in CC
  • Government $348m, up 8.7%, up 9.1% in CC
  • Transportation $175m, down 12.9%, down 12.9% in CC

Q3 2020 bookings were $1,213m, up 63% y/y:

  • New business signings were $468m, up from $234 up 100% y/y
  • Renewals were $724m, up from $485, up 46% y/y.

Pipeline is up to $22bn.
