Orange Business Services 'IT Plan' offering was launched in 2007. Since its launch and in particular in 2010, a number of IT services vendors have launched managed virtual desktop offerings. However, 'IT Plan' remains the only packaged managed virtual desktop offering identified by NelsonHall as available in the market.
