Analyzes the life BPO offerings and capabilities of TCS.
TCS entered the U.K. closed block life insurance BPO market in August 2005 after securing a 12-year contract with Pearl Assurance (now known as the Phoenix Group). To service the contract, TCS established Diligenta, a majority owned subsidiary that is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The Phoenix Group currently maintains a 24% stake in Diligenta with the remainder being held by TCS.
