In 2014 it provided RPO services for ~100 clients (including 33 end to end RPO clients) across 64 countries and supporting nine languages.
It has a team of ~650 full time employees dedicated to delivering RPO services, of which ~50 support screening and assessments. Its team includes ~30 I/O psychologists. In addition, it has a flexible team called "Flex Force", consisting of ~100 employees who can be utilized to support peak or seasonal hiring.
