Randstad Sourceright services ~200 clients for RPO, ~80% of which are contracts of more than one year in length. Randstad Sourceright signed 54 new clients globally in 2015 with strong growth in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, technology and telecommunications, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, and financial services. 

It targets global, regional and local clients looking to create talent partnerships based on quality and cost outcomes, driving HR effectiveness and measurable bottom line value. Its primary focus is on managerial, technical, and professional talent acquisition with increasing adoption in manufacturing, life sciences, financial services, technology, professional services, automotive, and fast-moving consumer goods.
