This vendor assessment focuses on the learning BPO (LBPO) services provided by Logica. The U.K. is Logica's largest LBPO market. Logica also delivers sizeable learning services in the Nordics, France, Germany and the Netherlands, supported by offshore operations in India and Manila. The U.K. operation, Logica's Human Capital Services (HCS) business unit was created in H1 2008 to enable Logica to leverage learning across all U.K. HRO capabilities.
