Report Overview:

Report Outline:

This NelsonHall vendor assessment analyzes MTP's offerings and capabilities in software testing.

MTP has based its strategy on its factory-based approach to make a difference in terms of offerings, in terms of costs and guaranteed SLAs and productivity improvements. The offering is therefore positioned on gains delivered from an industrialized service and to a lesser extent on a labor arbitrage approach thanks to the lower and still decreasing wage and real estate costs in Madrid, as compared with costs in the U.K. and other onshore locations.

MTP also considers its rare TMMi 4 certification as a key differentiator and as providing assurance to clients on the service quality and the process-oriented approach of its service.

MTP therefore aims to compete with offerings delivered in India through its industrialized and shared client services approach.
