NelsonHall Announces Further Expansion of Global HRO Team with Appointment of Christine Jones
Boston, London, Paris: April 11, 2016: NelsonHall, the leading global BPS and ITS analyst firm, is delighted to welcome Christine Jones, who joins as Principal Research Analyst within our global HR Outsourcing (HRO) research team. She will be jointly responsible for HRO research along with Practice Director Gary Bragar and Principal Analyst Amy Gurchensky. Christine's initial focus will be to spearhead a major project on Next Generation Payroll Services.
Christine's appointment is the latest in a series of additions to the global NelsonHall team, which is continuing to grow in response to market demand for our unique brand of rigorous and insightful sourcing research and advice. Christine brings over 12 years' experience in HR and RPO across industry sectors, including Professional & Financial Services, Insurance, Technology, Government, and Media. She has significant operational experience across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment & retention, supplier management, resource planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement. Her project and transformation experience includes design & implementation of full lifecycle RPO deals, systems implementations, solution design, policy development, and process improvement.
Christine worked previously for Alexander Mann Solutions and Capita, where she worked with clients including Deloitte, Royal & Sun Alliance, Lloyds of London, and the BBC. She holds a Masters degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University.
