Talent2 Human Resources Managed Services (HRMS) is relaunching as Ascender effective December 1, 2015.  As part of the rebranding, Ascender will launch a new Human Capital Management platform, Ascender HCM, which will enable clients to extend and integrate their existing payroll platforms.

This follows the acquisition of Talent2’s HRMS business by 5Value Capital Partners (5VCP) in May of this year. 5VCP is a Sydney-based private investment firm focusing on technology-enabled services businesses.
