Kelly Services has acquired RocketPower to strengthen its RPO offering to high-growth tech companies.
RocketPower's customers include U.S. headquartered tech companies that are rapidly growing, RocketPower provides:
- RPO
- Recruiting for recruiters
- Executive Search
- HRO.
RocketPower is based in the Silicon Valley and will continue to use its own brand under its current leadership team and become part of KellyOCG.
Analyst comments:
RocketPower revenue in 2021 was $28m and says it anticipates 100%+ growth in 2022. As such it would rival RPO competitors to move up in terms of size of revenue and be the seventh largest RPO provider globally and potentially become the 5th largest globally at the end of 2022. KellyOCG will move up significantly in the U.S. vendor revenue rankings and potentially become the 2nd largest RPO provider in the U.S. at the end of 2022 if its revenue growth projections become reality.
Acquiring RocketPower aligns with KellyOCG's strategy to increase its emphasis on RPO including for high-growth tech talent.
