Launched in 2002 by John Wilson, CEO, WilsonHCG is a well-established, global talent solutions provider, driving innovation and delivering exceptional service to its clients. Through its TALENT approach, it strives to solve all its clients’ talent challenges through its innovative recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), contingent workforce solutions, talent consulting, executive search, and total talent offerings.

In February 2020, WilsonHCG announced the acquisition of Profile Search & Selection (Profile), a Hong Kong–based human capital solutions specialist, to continue its expansion across APAC. Profile, established in 2005, is headquartered in Hong Kong and has offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Beijing.

In February 2021, WilsonHCG announced its partnership with 3i Group, a premier private equity firm providing WilsonHCG with added opportunities to deepen its global presence and accelerate strategic growth initiatives. The company secured a $120m equity funding investment to expand globally and enhance its service offerings.

WilsonHCG leveraged its equity investment to acquire two additional companies in 2022:

  • Talent intelligence platform Claro Analytics (March). The acquisition strengthens WilsonHCG’s RPO portfolio to keep pace with market competitors offering on-demand and outsourced talent intelligence services
  • Tracking Talent (October). This acquisition expands WilsonHCG’s presence and capabilities in South Africa and the wider EMEA region. It boosts the organization’s ability to provide regional/nearshore support across Africa and Europe, supported by a strong base of talent in South Africa and the Cape Town headquarters, now a regional office.
