KPIT has acquired Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) specialist, I-Cubed to enhance its PLM capabilities and increase business in North America. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

KPIT's extended PLM capabilities with the acquisition include:

  • PLM business process reengineering and strategy consulting
  • Supply chain analytics
  • Data quality
  • Application managed services
  • Service lifecycle management (SLM)
  • Application lifecycle management (ALM)

​Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, I-Cubed, was established in 1984 and services clients in the automotive, heavy equipment, high tech & aerospace sectors. I-Cubed specializes in data migration & PLM consulting, customization and technical services while partnering with PLM software providers PTC, Siemens, Oracle, Autodesk & Aras.
