LiveOps has sold its Cloud Platform business to Marlin Equity Partners for undisclosed amount. Marlin Equity Partners completed the acquisition in partnership with Presidio Partners, a venture capital firm and current investor in LiveOps.

In January 2014, LiveOps split its cloud contact center software and agent services into two separate entities. LiveOps Agent Services will continue to run as a separate organization using the contact center platform.

Greg Hanover will head the Agent Services company, while current LiveOps CEO Vasili Triant will remain in the role for the SaaS business. The Agent Services will keep its independent operations in Scottsdale, Arizona, with additional offices in Redwood City, California and Dayton, Ohio. The Cloud Platform business will be headquartered in Austin, Texas.
