Genpact Announces Q2 2022 Revenues Up 10.2% (Up 12.3% in CC) to $1,089.1m

Genpact has announced results for Q2 2022:

  • Revenues were $1,089.1m, up 10.2% y/y, up 12.3% in CC
  • EBIT was $109.7m, an EBIT margin of 10.1%, down 3.8 bps y/y
  • Adjusted EBIT was $182.8m, an adjusted EBIT margin of 16.8%, down 11.5bps y/y.

Q2 2022 revenue (and y/y growth) by client type was:

  • Data-Tech-AI: $488.5m (+20.2%, +22.0% in CC)
  • Digital Operations: $600.6m (+3.3%, +5.5% in CC).

Q2 2022 revenue (and y/y growth) by sector was:

  • BFSI: $292.6m (+17.2)
  • Consumer Goods $406.3m (+8.9%)
  • Manufacturing and Services: $405.5m (+13.2%)
  • Other: ($15.2) (-310.8%).

 Key clients at the end of Q2 2022: the number of clients in different bands of annual revenue contribution (and in the prior year period) is:

  • $25m+:  30 (21)
  • $5m-$15m: 90 (89)
  • $15m-$25m: 120 (110)

As at end June 2022, Genpact has ~121,000 employees worldwide, up 11,8% from ~121.0k at end June 2021.

Full year revenue guidance is $4.32-$4.37bn, a growth of 9.5-11.0% in CC.
